The Killer Whale would be a great witness because it could tell the jury how much it relies on salmon for food. The killer whale would be able to say how much its lively hood is hurting and how many of its friends have died.

Idea for Witness-Salmon
I think that we should have a salmon as a witness, and have them discuss statistics, such as the percentage of salmon population decline in certain creeks and streams. Also, I think that we should try to make this trial hit as close to home as possible. We should bring up Marin and the lack of salmon in Lagunitas Creek, and use the salmon witness to make the jury sympathize.
